Ureteric stricture

Greetings. I have 18/f with congenital rectovaginal fistula repair done at the age of 2 months. She was having recurrent UTI and was treated without culture. I treated her as per culture report and infection subsided and recurred again. Got mcu, dmsa and ct urogram off lately. Planning for left ureteric reimplantation. Does she need right ureteric reimplantation as well?
