Suspensory ligament is considered as dorsal structure
It is often released during penile lengthening surgeries.
I would like to bring forward the anatomy os Suspenosry ligament
It is also attached to the ventral aspect of penis.
It functions as suspending the penis from the pubic bone.
The ligament is often seen tethered and attached to skin in cases of penoscrotal transposition
The release of this attachment and suturing it ventrally is essential in such cases.
the penis is severe penoscrotal transposition often looks caudally
On suturing the ligament ,it moves cranially.
