This is 24 years old male patient with run over accident 30 days back..
He presented to us with rt loin pain and hematuria...
Bp160/90.
Pulse 100
Hb 13
All other labs were normal
3phase ct attached..grade 4kidney injury
On 2days...no 120/ 80
Pulse 90
Hb 9
All other lab investigation normal
On day 3.
Bp170
P 89
Hb 7
Repeat ct attached..
Receive 3 units of blood
Day 4..no 180
Pulse 99
Should we do triple phase ct for all renal trauma cases?what is cause of flactuation in bp?? If adrena hemorrhage?how to manage it?
Should we do any intervention for this big renal hematoma?dj or PCN.
How to follow up?. What is chances of pages kidney induced hypertension?
