  Sir,  two of the three images are on table.  We can see scopy instruments ready to use. 

  Is there any issue with proximal urethra? 

  Any difficulties in passing catheter as originally it is a case of perineal Hypospadias where we can encounter large utricle creats problem in passing catheter?

  Purpose of posting this case was drive attention towards proper evaluation of severe Hypospadias cases. Unilateral/ Bilat UDT should be evaluated for DSD. Operated twice still they missed. Posting two pictures
