    PCN. 

    Rt. Nephrostogram s/o Rt. HDUN  with possibly Obstructive Megaureter.
    Further work up.

    Dear sir,

    Radiology image shows contrast instilled via a tube( nephrostomy) into rt kidney filling the entire pcs which is dilated along with the contrast seen in dilated and tortous rt ureter .contrast not entering bladder suggesting obstruction.
    Diagnosis probably rt obstuctive megaureter
