52 year old male underwent circumcision for phimosis present for several years. Circumcision done in Feb 2020 elsewhere. HPE report attatched. Patient came to me with Hpe and MRI Report. Examination revealed a 2x2 cm in the glans with thickening on ventral side of glans. How to proceed further. Please guide.

2nd... bilateral superficial inguinal lymph node dissection...if positive go for radical inguinal lymph node on side of positive node...No role of MRI or CT scan for local stage ing of penile tumour...only role if u consider organ preservation surgery...to rule out cavernosa or urethra infiltrate tion...Ct have role in palpable inguinal nodes otherwise clinical examination is sufficient -
