Histopathology

50years old male smoker, presented with gross painless terminal hematuria with amorous clot 1episode...usg done..shows 4cm papillary tumour in left lateral wall,,turbt done... report attached...

What else should we asked in histopathology reporting? Should rturbt indicated here?? What intravesical therapy??

    @ Tikenjit,

    Please post image of HP report in a better way so it can be read completely.
    What about muscle fibers? Were they seen in deep biopsy?
    If not you have to repeat biopsy from base of bladder tumor.
    How exactly you take deep biopsy during TUR-BT at your institute?
    Have you done CT scan prior to TUR-BT as mass if fairly big as per USG report?
    What were cystoscopy findings of bladder and bladder mass?
