Dear All,

THis 3 months old child referred in OPD by a paediatrician with diagnosis of non salt wasting CAH.

Hormones, Chromosome and USG were done.Child is receiving medical treatment from paediatrician in association with endocrinologist.

I am providing image of virilized external genitalia.

How to proceed further...Do we need to intervene at present?

What is Prader scale or scoring of virilization of this child having 46XX DSD, cause congenital adrenal hyperplasia?
