15 Jan 2023 10:47:27 AMBPH Images – New Procedures
Dear All,
Some new procedures have emerged recently for surgical treatment of BPO. The latest Guideline for BPH has included these procedures.
Can you identify from the Images provided (1, 2 and 3), before and after, as to which procedure they represent. The aim of any procedure is to felicitate easy voiding with minimal side effects.
With warm regards,
Venu

14 Apr 2020 10:49:21 PMThe first image seems to of Prostatic Urethral Lift as even the marks are seen and no median lobe see--Presence of median lobe is a C/I for using prostatic urethral liftOn second thoughts it could also be the iTIND device because only two lines are seen over the prostateThe second limage could be of Aquablatio or Rezum system i.eWAVE ablationThe third image is likely to be of use of Diode LASER enucleation of prostate -
