  Sanjay and Pankaj posted their Algorithm for the Management of Recurrent Bulbar Strictures. The Algorithm is available in an article Published by them in 2018. They have provided the Algorithm as an attachment

  We thank Dr Venugopal Sir for his comments

  The algorithm by J Patrick Mershon  is almost the same that we propose .

  We prefer a single stage Surgery in Panurethral Strictures 

  We would do 2 Stage only if there are multiple fistulae or abscesses.

  In 2 Stage, We would do a Johansons Stage 1 .After 6 months we would insert a BMG as dorsal inlay and tubularise.

  Rarely Skin graft Schreiters Urethroplasty may be needed.
