A case: Diagnosis & Treatment

Dear All,

!6 years male presented with a history of poor urinary stream with painless suprapubic fullness for a few months.
He is not giving any history of previous catheterization or instrumentation and has no H/o UTI.
His uroflow is intermittent. He is voiding at a time of 200 to 300 ml urine.
USG: Bladder wall thick and PVR: 450 to 500 cc.
I am providing his MCUG pictures.
Please discuss possible diagnoses, further investigations, and treatment.
