Urolithiasis in pregnancy

24 years old lady with 27 weeks pregnancy presented with rt flank pain of 7 days duration.. severe..colicky..no radiation..

1episode of fever 3days back.. settled with antibiotics....
Dysuria for 3 days... settled now..
Urine routine is normal
Blood count ...normal
Blood chemistry...creatine .7
Usg showing...8mm mid ureteric stone on rt side..grade 2 (Report only available)
Kindly enlightened on philosophy of management in regard to gestational age in these patients??

    patient is still in second trimester which is the ideal time for intervention, as the patient had severe pain with fever will do a URS and remove the stone / stent if pus... patient shoud be counseled about outside chance of abortion
