Periurethral abscess

45 years old gentleman with uncontrollable diabetes presented to us with dysuria of 7 days and periurethral swelling n pain 3 days.

No obstructive urinary flow.
What should be the acute management of this case?  Any precautions to be taken for I nD?Is spc needed? 
When to do aug?
How to proceed?

    Is it periurethra? In picture it appears as scrotal. What is last picture - It is after I & D? 

    LIkely a to be abscess. 
    If abscess needs to be drained. See for uroflow, see for infection in urine. This may not be related to urethra. 
    Investigations - RGU, MCU

    Thank u sir...it's periurethral abscess.yes it's during I N D around 50 ml pus drained..

    Controlled his sugar level with insulin...given broad spectrum antibiotics..
    Urine showed e coli growth..pus culture no growth..
    Discharge after 15 days..
    Follow-up after 1month..
    Lesion healed..
    No urinary complain...
    Rgu n mcu not done.
