Male child had prenatal bilateral HUN. No oligohydramnios.
Nor mal delivery. Child is voiding well. Bladder not palpable. Examination of back normal. Passing stools normally.
Postnatal USG and report attached.
S. Creatinine 0.7 mg% on 5 th day of birth.
Urine sterile.
Attaching VCUG films.
Kindly discuss possible diagnosis, investigation and treatment algorithms....thanks
